The excavator has shown up and has begun preparations for our building expansion. Let the fun begin. Please pray for everyone who works on this building. We want to have a positive influence on all who participate and pray for Jesus’ name to be glorified.
We are excited to move toward one of the greatest seasons of all – Easter! There are activities and events for the whole family so make plans to participate. Saturday, April 1 Easteriffic (9 am – Noon) Families, come join us for a breakfast and games. There will be a story time, face painting, glow in the dark dodge ball and more. If you are able to come please click here to RSVP so we can make sure to have enough food. Sunday, April 2 Palm Sunday (9:15am & 10:45am) Come and Worship with us as we are led by our orchestra. Yes, we will have several musicians playing and we will be blessed to share in the talents of our very own people. We will also continue in our series, A Fresh Look at the Last Book and worship with our children waving palm branches as well as share in the Lord’s supper together. It will be a powerful Sunday. Maundy Thursday, April 6 (5:30pm, 6:00pm, & 6:30pm) We will have 3 time slots to have an upper room experience as we open the door to Good Friday and culminate on Easter Sunday when we celebrate that Jesus is alive! Attend one of the 30 minutes slots and have communion with your church family. Sunday, April 9 Easter Sunday (9:15am & 10:45am) He Is Alive! He Is Alive! He Is Alive! Come and celebrate the resurrection with us as we look to the Risen Lord for our hope and salvation. The Powerplant, Promise Land, Toddlers, and Nursery will be available for both services. Easter Breakfast (10:00am – 11:00am) If you attend the 1st worship service (9:15am), then plan to stay afterward to eat a delicious breakfast. If attend the 2nd worship service (10:45am), then plan to come before worship and eat breakfast with others. I am looking forward to being with our church family during these wonderful days. Invite someone to experience Easter with you this year. They may even enjoy one of the extra events offered. I guarantee that someone is waiting for an invitation. Joy in Jesus! Pastor Mike
